Australian national carrier Qantas will begin construction on a new premium lounge at London Heathrow Airport, Terminal 3. The lounge will have a split level design with capacity for 230 passengers and will afford views of the airfield. Work will commence in September 2016 with a opening anticipated for early in 2017.
